Shipping & Returns

Park & Province ships around the globe via Canada Post. For rates in Canada, to the United States, or **International destinations, please see below. 

We make every effort to process your order within 48 hours. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number. Your order will also be insured for the value of its contents. For destinations excluding Canada, orders will be declared at the purchased value of the goods and customers are responsible for any additional shipping, brokerage, or customs fees.

 

Taxes

Orders placed within Ontario will be subject to a sales tax of 13% (HST). All other orders within Canada will be subject to the tax rate of the province of the shipping address. Orders placed outside Canada will not be subject to sales taxes.

Returns

Holiday return policy: All regular priced (non-discounted) items are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 10th 2024

All Discounted/Sale items are non refundable and FINAL SALE, as stated on the product page of each item.

Please note that if you request a refund and have received complimentary shipping from us, you will receive a refund minus the cost of the original shipping charge. 

To be eligible for a return, your online purchase must be sent back to us within 5 days of your possession. All requests must be pre-authorized with Park & Province via email before sending the package back. You will be responsible for the charges associated with returning the package, and any original shipping costs are non-refundable. A remaining balance will be credited to your card within 5 business days of receipt. 

Items shipped back to Park & Province must be in original unworn and unwashed condition, with tags still attached.
 
We recommend shipping your return package with a tracking number to assure prompt and accurate arrival. All return packages must require a signature on arrival. We cannot be responsible for packages not requiring a signature left outside. It is the sender’s responsibility to assure the accuracy of any contact and shipping information.

 

Sale and Discounted Items


Discounted items or items “On Sale” are final sale, and therefore not eligible for store credit or return. However, exchanges for identical items in different sizes (pending availability) may be possible and any additional shipping fees will be at the buyer's expense. We will try our best to accommodate any requests and get you the right product. 

Price Adjustments for special sale events are accommodated for online orders 12 hours from purchase and only received back on gift card/store credit. However, if the original purchase was made "on-sale" (aka - sale purchase matched to further reductions), we cannot provide an adjustment. 

 

Lost or Damaged Items

Park & Province is not responsible for items damaged or lost by any courier service it utilizes. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping company and Park & Province regarding lost or damaged packages. Park & Province insures all items sent out for the appropriate value, however items purchased from Park & Province are done so at the customer’s risk.
