Am I required to register an account to make a purchase?

No. Although, there are benefits to quickly creating an account. You will have the ability to review your past and current purchases, save your address and info for quicker purchases, and manage other account details.

How do I know what size to purchase?

We have created a helpful “fit notes” tab within each product page. This explains how the product fits, what size the model is wearing, and any other useful sizing information about the product. We will be as detailed as possible, however if you are still left with any questions – we are happy to help. Email for a quick response.

Can I order this item if it's out of stock?

Out of stock items are labeled as such, but if you want something that we no longer have, just email  and we will inform you when it's back in, or arrange a special order if it's possible. We'll always try our best to get you what you need.

What types of payment do you accept?

Can Park & Province declare my purchase as a gift?

Park & Province will declare all purchases at their full value, we cannot declare items as gifts.

Once I place an order, can I make changes to it?

Yes, provided that the item has not been processed for shipping. Please email us regarding any requests and state your order #, full name, date purchased, and requested changes for the quickest response.

Can I return an item?

Yes, for more on this, see our shipping and return policy. Park & Province must first clear an item for return before it is sent back to us.
