We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you need to make changes to an order, reply to your order confirmation or email orders@parkprovince.com as soon as possible with your order number and what needs changing. We'll do our best if it hasn't already been processed.

If something is out of stock and you'd like to know when it's back, or want to ask about a special order, get in touch at orders@parkprovince.com.

We do not ship to proxy or freight-forwarding services, and we're unable to declare orders as gifts or below their purchase value.

Sizing

Taxes & Duties

Ontario orders are subject to 13% HST. All other Canadian orders are taxed at the rate of the shipping province. International orders are not charged Canadian sales tax.

For U.S. orders: import duties, tariffs, and customs fees may be assessed upon delivery by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These charges are not collected by Park & Province at checkout and are the customer's responsibility entirely. If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or failure to clear customs, any resulting fees may be deducted from the refund, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

U.S. Returns: Due to ongoing changes in U.S. tariff regulations, we've temporarily suspended returns from the United States. We'll update this once things stabilize.

Returns

All returns need to be pre-authorized before anything goes in the mail. Reply to your order confirmation or email orders@parkprovince.com first and we'll take it from there.

Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Please ship with tracking and require a signature on delivery, as we can't be responsible for packages lost on the way back to us.

If your order shipped free, the actual cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund, which is outside of our control.

Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, with the exception of size exchanges on the same item pending availability. Any additional shipping on exchanges is at the buyer's expense.

Socks and underwear are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Price adjustments are available within 48 hours of purchase on full-priced items, applied as store credit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We insure all outbound shipments. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, reply to your order confirmation or email orders@parkprovince.com and we'll work with you and the carrier to sort it out.
