A special shirt commemorating 3sixteen’s 20th year anniversary, the Patchwork Kantha shirt is one of the most intricate and difficult to produce shirts the brand has ever created. The shirt is made up of panels of different quilts specifically designed and made for 3sixteen, these quilts are then cut and sewn into shirts that feature traditional kantha hand-stitching on top of the fabric throughout.
