Wander with Tarvas
24.09.2026
Since 2017, Tarvas has been producing some of the finest footwear capable of adapting to whatever the world throws at it - be it concrete sidewalks covered in wintry slush or the untrodden local trails.
Our offering began with the Explorer. Tarvas isolated the fine margin between urban life and rugged terrains in a single silhouette. Using premium Italian leather and suede, one might even hesitate to bring them out in tougher conditions. But that is exactly what they were made for: journeys - and all the unpredictability that comes along with them.
As the Finnish brand grew a respectable following, so did their desire to create more footwear. Thus came the Easy Hiker, with its rugged Vibram sole and more lofty build, all the while staying true to their original, practical inspiration.
In the fall of 2025, they launched their most captivating design: the Wanderer. With a radically sleek profile and sole that is intriguing in its own right, this shoe keeps one close to the earth. Stepping away from the more conservative upper found in the Explorer and Easy Hiker, the Wanderer utilizes a bellows tongue, giving it a narrow yet surprisingly adaptable fit. Despite the radical change in form, the essentials are preserved: exquisite craftsmanship and a signature Tarvas mudguard.
That's why we've brought in four different Wanderers: an undeniably essential plum and terracotta leather, a sleek black Italian suede, and a purple cordura nylon that plays on the rugged inspiration of Tarvas' designs.
